Very polite and very accommodating staff members. Perfect location for the purpose of my travel. The hotel restaurant serves authentic Filipino dishes. Very clean rooms and amenities (corridors, rooms and lobby) Houskeeping: bed sheets and towels are changed daily. Swimming pool is being cleaned daily. Room service is very prompt, they serve food and things you need on time.

Good business hotel at fair rate. Quiet location, safe, with friendly staff. Hundreds of TV stations with BBC, Bloomberg or movie channels. Very nice.

The staff are so accommodating and always have a smile when they talk to you or assist you. More than that, they seem to really enjoy working in the hotel. Please value more your employees, they're one of the key ingredients to make guests' stay more enjoyable and meaningful. Another is the FOOD! One of the best tasting and big serving hotels we've ever stayed in. Value for money is also considered. My husband and I will definitely stay again here, next time with our daughter since we stayed here I am still pregnant. ☺️

I booked a room at Hotel Marciano for my siblings. The room is pretty spacious, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The front-office associate was very accommodating. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

I requested a week ago if we could check-in early and got a message that they will try their best to accommodate us. We arrived early and did not expect them to let us in around 12:30pm. * The room is clean and quite big. * Bathroom is also clean. *:Toiletries are also complete. * Accessible to public transpo and restaurants. * The view once you checked out is quite stunning. Tho we stayed there for a short period of time, we'll definitely check their other facilities next time. :)
